SAFETY RULES

Participants under age 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.  All participants must have a signed waiver prior to entering the Throwing Area.  Please keep in mind that smaller children may not have the strength needed to be successful in sticking the axe, but we will do everything we can to make their time at Thomasville Tomahawk enjoyable!  Ask your Axepert for some balloons...the littles love trying to pop them!

Your toes are nice.  Let's keep them attached to your feet.  NO EXCEPTIONS

Only one person allowed in a lane at any time.  Do not enter a lane until it is completely clear.

Handing off a sharp object might take your hand off!  DO NOT hand another player an Axe or Knife.  When done throwing, retrieve your Axe or Knife from the target or lane (whether it sticks or not), return your Axe or Knife to the wooden holder, and exit the lane.  The next player can then select their own Axe or Knife when entering the lane.

Just like your toes, your fingers should remain attached to your hands at all time.

Any mishandling of an Axe or Knife, pointing at anything other than the target, or horseplay of any kind will not be tolerated and will result in your removal from the activity and possibly the building.  

Please let us know if you need a board replaced, notice any damage to an Axe or Knife, or if there is anything that we can do to improve your experience.  We want you to have the best experience possible and aim to provide the best equipment and environment to do so.
